Art at Langass

Langass Lodge supports local artists by exhibiting their work, often inspired by the Hebridean landscapes.

Currently on show are pieces by Elisabeth de Las Casas showing landscapes of the island in the medium of oil on canvas and ink drawings with colour wash.

We also have Shoreline Stoneware pottery for sale, which is made in North Uist, alone with handmade notebooks and journals by Sollas Bookbinding.

Of interest to visitors also is the Art Trail in the summer called ‘art on the map’ with opportunities to visit galleries and art studios open to the public with work for sale.
